By accessing and using AI Mega Tools Hub, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code

Rate Limits

Our services are subject to rate limits to ensure fair usage for all users. Currently, the limit is 3 requests per minute. Excessive use may result in temporary suspension of access.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on AI Mega Tools Hub, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

User-Generated Content

Content you create using our AI tools belongs to you. However, by using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your input data to generate results. We do not claim ownership of your generated content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights

AI-generated content should be reviewed and verified before use. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Mega Tools Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or errors
• Inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Unauthorized access to your data

Third-Party Services

Our platform uses third-party AI services (such as Groq AI) to provide functionality. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of our tools is also subject to the terms of these providers.

User Accounts

Currently, our services do not require user accounts. If we introduce account features in the future, you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
